Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
  • The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation Nominal fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.
  • In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders. Cancellations are not allowed for certain products post 24 hours from the time order is placed by the customer until the delivery of the product by the delivery agent. Customer can cancel the product while being delivered by the delivery agent or refuse to accept the product at the time of deliver.
  • DIAL HEALTHMED TECHNOLOGIES LLP reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. we also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time. We offer refund within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
  • Eligibility for Refunds
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Special Note : We required clear photos & videos while opening the Parcel.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address Office# 210, Blueberry Industrial Estate-2 Survey No- 45 Bilalpada Vasai Road East Maharashtra 401208.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
